Outstanding Agricultural
​Mentor Award

The Outstanding Agricultural Mentor Award recognizes people in agriculture who have been positive mentors and role models for people in agricultural fields, especially women. Now celebrating more than 15 years of recognizing outstanding mentors, we hope to identify mentors that are an integral part of the  development of our agricultural leaders.
Anyone may nominate a mentor to receive the award. You do not have to be in a formal mentoring program to make a nomination. Mentors may be of any age or gender and need to have influenced someone in the field of agriculture. ​​The Outstanding Agricultural Mentor Awards will be presented during the luncheon portion of the annual Women's Agricultural Leadership Conference in April at the Minnesota Landscape Arboretum.

Nominate a Mentor

The 2025 Outstanding Agricultural Mentor Award applications are now closed. Check back in January 2026 for nomination materials. Anyone may nominate a mentor to receive this award. You do not have to be in a formal mentoring program to make a nomination.
